Adjusting the sails to weather the storm
As a parent to three sons, drawing on the collective experience in my former and current roles supporting families, I bring to the practice a wealth of life experience. After the loss of my husband to cancer, I supported my family through an intense grief journey and started the process of specializing in grief support in 2011. I have worked with regional agencies facilitating support groups for widows, children and extended families in the grief process.
For over 15 years I have supported individuals and families to navigate and manage the health care system to access resources to help them reach optimal mental and emotional health.
I look forward to walking with your family as you navigate life's challenges.
